Personal data
Personal data are data with which a person is or can be determined. This can be the name, e-mail address, address or telephone number of a person. But it can also be technical data such as the IP address.

Personal data is only collected, used and passed on if this is legally permitted or the user agrees to the collection of data. The collection and processing serves essentially to provide the functionality of the website.

Insofar as the website operator obtains consent for the processing of personal data, Art. 6 para. 1 a DSGVO is the legal basis.

When processing personal data to fulfil a contract, Art. 6 para. 1 b DSGVO serves as the legal basis. The same applies to processing operations which serve for pre-contractual performance.

The personal data will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose for which it was stored ceases to apply. Storage may also take place if this is provided for the European legislator or national legislators or other regulations to which the website operator is subject. Blocking or deletion will also take place if a storage period prescribed by the above-mentioned standards ends.

Handling of your data

What data is collected?
We process personal data such as first name, surname, IP address, e-mail address, place of residence, postal code and information from the contact form.

How is this data collected?
We process personal data only with the permission of the users concerned and in compliance with the applicable data protection regulations.

Why is this data collected?
Personal data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in fulfilling our contractually agreed services and optimizing our online offer.

Furthermore, a part of your data is collected in order to ensure that the website is provided without errors. Other data can be used to analyze your user behavior.

Handling of contact data
If you contact us as a website operator through the offered contact options, your details will be stored so that they can be used to process and answer your enquiry. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your consent.

Collection of access data (server log files)
We, the website operator or page provider, collect data on access to the website on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f. DSGVO) and store this data as "server log files" on the website server. The following data are logged in this way:

  • Visited website
  • Time at time of access
  • Amount of data sent in bytes
  • Source/reference from which you reached the site
  • Used Browser
  • Operating system in use
  • Used IP address

The server log files are temporarily stored and then deleted. The data is stored for security reasons, e.g. to be able to clarify cases of abuse. If data must be kept for reasons of evidence, they are excluded from deletion until the incident has been finally clarified.

Communication
If you wish to contact the website operator by e-mail, we would like to point out that data transmission on the Internet (e.g. when communicating by e-mail) may have security gaps. A complete protection of data against access by a third party or third parties is not possible.

Right of information, deletion and blocking

Information
As a user, you have the right to receive free information on request about which personal data about you has been stored. You also have the right to have incorrect data corrected and to have your personal data processed or deleted. If applicable, you can also exercise your right to data portability. If you believe that your data have been processed unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority.

Deletion, blocking
Unless your request conflicts with a legal obligation to retain data (e.g. data retention), you have the right to have your data deleted. Data stored by us will be deleted if they are no longer required for their intended purpose and if there are no statutory retention periods. If deletion cannot be carried out because the data is required for permissible legal purposes, data processing will be restricted. In this case the data will be blocked and not processed for other purposes.

Objection according advertising mails
We object to the use of contact data published within the scope of the imprint obligation to send advertising and information material not expressly requested. The operator of the website expressly reserves the right to take legal action in the event of the unsolicited sending of advertising information, for example through spam e-mails.

Right to data transferability
Furthermore, you have the right to have data that we process automatically on the basis of your consent or in fulfilment of a contract handed over to you or to a third party in a common, machine-readable format. If you wish the data to be transferred directly to another responsible party, this will only be done to the extent that this is technically feasible.

Objection and complaint

Objection right
Users of this website may exercise their right to object and object to the processing of their personal data at any time.

If you wish to correct, block, delete or obtain information about the personal data stored about you, or if you have any questions regarding the collection, processing or use of your personal data, or if you wish to revoke consents you have given, please contact the following e-mail address: mail@arndtcoaching.com

You can revoke a previously granted consent at any time. For this purpose, an informal notification by e-mail to us is sufficient. The legality of the data processing that took place up to the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

Complaint right
In the event of violations of data protection law, the person concerned has a right of appeal to the competent supervisory authority. The competent supervisory authority in matters of data protection law is the State Data Protection Commissioner of the federal state in which our company is based. A list of the data protection officers and their contact details can be found at the following link:  https://www.bfdi.bund.de/DE/Infothek/Anschriften_Links/anschriften_links-node.html.
